About Robert Louis Stevenson
Robert Louis Stevenson (1850-1894) was a Scottish novelist, poet, and travel writer, best known for his classic works such as "Treasure Island" and "Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde." His vivid storytelling and innovative narrative techniques have left a lasting influence on literature. Stevenson spent much of his later life in the South Pacific, where he continued to write and became an advocate for the local people.
