Epictetus nails it, doesn't he? We often get so caught up in our heads, blowing things way out of proportion. To make life easier, maybe we just need to take a step back, laugh a little, and remember that most things aren't worth the stress we give them. It's about finding that lightness and not letting our thoughts weigh us down so much.
